Fellows of the Pacific Alliance today welcomed the leaders of Peru, Chile and Mexico, prior to the plenary session held in Paracas, in the framework of the Tenth Summit of this regional economic block passage.
The students from the partnership countries, mostly Mexicans, continue in Peru specialization courses, ranging from economics and management, among others.
The presidents of Peru, Ollanta Humala; Chile, Michelle Bachelet; and Mexico, warmly greeted the students and motivated them to continue their efforts to improve their knowledge and later serve them to their countries of origin.
Representing Colombia, whose president Juan Manuel Santos had to leave the summit by the terrorist attacks of Bogota, was Foreign Minister Maria Angela Holguin.
Officials also talked with young Peruvians Scholarship program 18, and appreciated with a mechanical arm admiration forged based on their creativity.
Maria del Rocio Ramirez, one of the fellows of the Alliance who came to Peru from San Luis de Potosi, Mexico, told Andina that this is a very important experience for their academic life.
“We are from March to return later this month. It is an exchange through a cycle in which we have had the opportunity to feed back our levels of knowledge and experience Peruvian culture, which rescued the food is exquisite” he said.
At this time, the leaders of the Pacific Alliance participate in a plenary session, after which they signed the Declaration of Paracas, with the agreements and commitments made at this meeting.
