Today starts in Paracas , Ica, the X Business Summit of the Pacific Alliance , which brings together the trade bloc made up of Peru , Chile, Colombia and Mexico .
This important meeting will bring together the presidents of Chile, Michelle Bachelet ; Colombia , Juan Manuel Santos ; Mexico , Enrique Peña Nieto, and Peru , Ollanta Humala.
